He lives in the bathroom. He is almost all white but he has grey ears. Bibi brought him home a few days ago when she stayed at her friend Patty’s house. She said he was lost. He was on the street when Patty’s dogs found him. She has two big dogs that definitely eat rabbits so that wasn’t a place he could be. Bibi was going to find a home for him. She thought first he needs to see the doctor and then I will take care of him for a while.
Probably someone put him outside who didn’t want him anymore. But indoor bunnies need to be indoors and need to be someone’s bunny. These people are Patty’s family and they love him too.
Bibi took him home and then to the doctor. He didn’t have any bad bugs on him or anything wrong with him. He is only a year old.
He has to stay in the bathroom until his operation because…because we would make bunny babies. I can still make bunny babies but Bella can’t because of her operation. I am almost 6 years old and I never had any. But Bibi doesn’t want there to be any bunny babies.
Sometimes he gets playtime in the whole house. Then we have to stay locked in a room. This is what he does: he goes to the door and leaves us a pile of his magic pellets! Like he wants us to smell him and know he is there.
And we go outside where he is too because it is exciting to have a boy bunny in our house. We sometimes leave magic pellets for him too.
But it got so different when he came here. Bella and I don’t snuggle anymore. This is how we used to always snuggle:
Bella knocked over the water bowl three times since he came here because she can’t be still. We even started fighting again so Bibi finds big piles of my fur some places.
Every day Bibi brings him out like he is her new little baby. She holds him in her arms and kneels down with him just so we can say hi.
Bella is so silly. She goes right up to him every time. She smells his nose and licks around his eyes and checks his bunny butt. He got his fur all tangled there.
I will smell him. But not today. I am not so silly like Bella.
I don’t know if he is going to stay and be in our family. If I could meet him for 2 minutes before his operation we could have bunny babies. They would be white and light brown and grey.
I would take care of them. I don’t know what Bibi is so worried about.
